    I wanted to let you know about the very professional way your property manager Paula Edwards has assisted me in the last few months with property maintenance and tenancy change over.

    Havig and Jackson have been managing my apartment in New Farm since 2011 while I am living in Canada. The recent tenancy change  is the first since then. I understand from my brother Mark Greer that the rental market is going through a major shift at the moment.

    I wanted to draw to your attention Paula’s excellence, although I suspect that won’t be a surprise. At every point she could not have been more helpful to me and my brother and sister-in-law Tracy who help me in my absence.

    When it became likely the tenants would be vacating, Paula arranged a property inspection and met with me in May when I was back in Brisbane briefly. She has coordinated quite a few trades people for quotes and services to attend to maintenance issues in a short time. Based on her advice re advertising and her ensuring inspections happened, resolving a last minute issue with keys not working, there was only a one week vacancy period. I also got the maintenance done I was wanting between tenants.

    That was a great result so a big thanks to Paula who was also a delight to deal with and kept me well informed throughout this period.
