    When we first engaged mark we were unsure of the state of the market, the market value of the property and the most advantageous method of selling the property. Mark gave us professional, objective and (as it happens) excellent advice on all of these matters.

    Mark advised us to proceed with an auction campaign due to the easing in the real estate market. His recommendation was provided based on being able to generate competition amongst buyers with regard to the sale of our house. Mark built and executed a significant marketing program which we were delighted with; he was able to source at no extra cost, editorial in four press publications. The internet and press advertisements were of a very high standard and resulted in a tremendous response from buyers in the marketplace.

    Our property sold under the hammer at auction for a price that we were delighted with, well in excess of the reserve price that we had set.

    We were most impressed with the candour and honesty with which he communicated with us in relation to all aspects of the sale of the property.

    We have since purchased another house in Noosa and sadly the benchmark that Mark provided as far as what we would expect of a real estate agent was never met by his northern counterparts.

    I purchased my 2 bedroom villa in Nundah from Paula Applin (Havig & Jackson), back in 2010 when the property market was at its highest.

    Paula was fantastic from the start when I went to the “open home” she was really friendly, professional but not pushy and let me explore the property by myself and didn’t try to hard sell the home to me. End result was I purchased the Villa.

    Move forward 3 years to 2013 and due to work commitments interstate, I had to sell the property.

    I called Paula and we met that week, within 3 months Paula had sold my home, the market had dropped at least $20,000 in my area, but Paula marketed my property as “unique” and still managed to achieve a”boom” price for me even though the market had gone down.
