I am renting a room in my renovated house in Paddington!

It’s in a great spot just off Rockbourne Terrace (inner-city and close to anything and everything you need) and has been done up to suit easy living.

The bedroom is super large with lovely outlook, has a built-in wardrobe, aircon/fan, and an ensuite with shower and bath. On the same upstairs level is a big deck with a nice outlook and lovely living areas. Downstairs, there is a well-manicured garden with a large outdoor living area.

There is also a seperate additional office that can be rented at an additional cost.

Close by are shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Public transport into the City and the rest of Brisbane is very quick and easily done.
