What we will do for you before your property is leased

  • Professionally present your property to the rental market as a premier listing on well-known listings sites, realestate.com and domain.com.au. As a premier listing, your advert will rotate the top of any search on realestate.com.au, and will also be found when a prospective tenant searches in surrounding suburbs. As we guarantee to premier list all our rental properties on realestate.com.au, we are given preferential rates, which we pass onto our landlords
  • Present your property in the window of our office in Clayfield and in our rental hand-out list for prospective tenants. Current vacancies can also be viewed on our website
  • Install a For Lease sign outside your property
  • All marketing material is presented using professional photography
  • Ensure the right tenant is found for your property. We understand the importance of tenant selection,and our team will perform a stringent selection process in order to find the right tenant. As the owner, you will always have the final say on the selected tenant

    What we will do for you after your property is leased

  • Complete all relevant documentation required for the tenancy, including completion of a detailed entry report
  • Conduct regular routine inspections of the property to ensure the tenant is caring for your property, and to gauge whether any maintenance is required
  • Pass on any maintenance issues to you, before engaging any tradespeople, unless in the matter of an emergency
  • Handle rental arrears on a daily basis. The relevant notices are issued to tenants if and when required, to ensure arrears are dealt with in a timely mannerWe are committed to providing you with an effective, efficient and stress-free management of your property.
